Whats the best way to get into NYC from the Newark Airport?

Are there shuttles?

I also will need to get to ISP airport on the flight back.

Are there local shuttle services that can get me there?

For Isp, if on a budget, the Long Island Railroad from Penn Station (NYC) to Ronkonkoma station and then shuttle or taxi from station to airport.
