AirTrain/Long Island Railroad $12/person Take same AirTrain as above and go to Jamaica and get a LIRR train to Penn Station. Same location as above. Trains are a bit nicer, sometimes faster than subway. Fewer if any stairs.

Airport Express Bus is $15/person. Go to Penn Station stop and walk the same few blocks. No changing.
