New York in 4 days, no where to stay yet

I%26#39;m hoping some could help me, I%26#39;m trying to book a triple or quad room (or even a room with 2 dodubles), in new york for the 11th - 15th of oct, but have had no luck. I%26#39;m willing to spend $300 a night, but most hotels in manhattan are booked. I%26#39;m worried I may not find anything, does anyone know of any cancellation/ las tminute sites for ny hotels? I have even tried Jersey City, but they are either out of budget or booked.,

No I haven%26#39;t, Havemn%26#39;t actually looked at Hotels in Brooklyn, is it easy to get in to Manhatten? Even late at night?
