Mens suits - small sizes

Hi there,

My fiancee is in NY next week, and will be looking for a suit for our wedding next January. He is quite small (around a size 36) and is looking for something a bit different, i.e. not black, navy, grey or brown - the colour he has in mind is a midnight blue, and he has a budget of $1000. Can anyone recommend some places he could check out? He has already tried Barneys %26amp; Bloomingdales.
