Cable Car???

Hi guys,

Wondering if i could pick your brains. Last time i was in NY i took a cable car that ran across a bridge to an apartment complex (i think, i could be wrong about that). But anyway, i was wondering if someone could tell me what bridge that was??

The tram broke down a few months ago stranding people up there for hours, but it recently came back into service with a back up motor and emergency food and water.
