AirTrain vs AirLink

We are flying into Newark on a Thursday morning. Which of these options is best as far as convenience, ease and minimal wait?

THANKS TO ALL

AirTrain vs AirLink

Airtrain may be faster, but airlink will take you door to door.

AirTrain vs AirLink

Airlink will take you door to door but that can take forever if you are the first to be picked up and the last to be dropped off.

Airtrain would be faster to the city but you have to get to your hotel from Penn Station, probably by taxi.

Airlink doesn%26#39;t take you door to door-that%26#39;s the super shuttle. But there is a bus that takes you to Port Authority Bus Terminal. There isn%26#39;t an AirTrain from Newark, but there is a very easy train connection-there%26#39;s a monorail inthe terminals which will take you to the Newark Airport Train station where you can get a NJ Transit Train to Penn StationNYC or to Newark Penn Station where you can get the PATH train if you happen to be staying downtown. I prefer the train but the bus is just fine if you%26#39;re going midtown.

A minor clarification: At Newark Airport, the name Airtrain is used to refer to the monorail that links the terminals to the Amtrak/NJ Transit rail station.
