Arrive on the Upper East side on thursday 12th October. Walk the upper east side, purchase groceries. Whitney museum.

Friday 13th; Tourist information shop, Macy%26#39;s, amish market,top of the rock, grand central, chrysler building. Moma roof garden.

Saturday 14th. Either a trip to Bear Island or the Culture fest in battery park. National museum of american indian.

Sunday 15th. Upper West side market, then bryant park Great read. Frick museum.

Monday 16th.Rosevelt island tram, subway to the strand bookshop. Century 21, greenwhich village, chumleys pub.

Tuesday 17th. Walk through central park to Upper west side breakfast at barney greengrass. Riverside park.

Wednesday 18th . Little italy, china town, Guggenheim museum.

Thursday 19th Central park, bryant park, central station for lunch then airport.

The roof garden I think you mean is at the Met Museum (UES) not MOMA (midtown). Don%26#39;t know when they close it for the season. Just a heads up.

Where is Bear Island? Do you mean Bear Mountain upstate NY?

Sun. is uptown west side, midtown, then uptown east side. I suppose ok but maybe unecessary traveling?

Where on the UES are you staying? Are you purposely putting ues things at the end of the day on Sun. and Wed.?

A few corrections I feel with regards to Bear Mountain and the MET. Yes we have booked a studio apartment at East 80th street hence the need to link some days with the upper east side. Any tips would be great.
