Tax Exempt under U$110 for Clothes ??

Until when is this valid ?? I%26#39;m going on October 24 to 31, 2006 is this going to be valid ??

For example with my out of town 11% from Macy%26#39;s, will I be able to use it with the tax exemption ?? No tax under 110 plus the 11% discount ???

As of April, 2006, they have eliminated the sales tax on clothing items under $110 each. This is indefinite, with no expiration date that I know of.

Yes, you should be able to combine it with your 11% discount card at the department stores. The tax-free situation on clothing is not a special situation or sale period.

The $110 limit applies to each item, not the total purchased. Bloomingdales has the same 11% discount. Bring your passport when you go to the stores.
